After close to 30 years of managing coders and thousands of studies, our founding partner, Lynn Martin, decided to open a boutique coding service for marketing research. Due to her background in all aspects of quantitative studies,  from survey design and data collection to final tabulations and presentations, she acquired a well-rounded knowledge of the various puzzle pieces that make up a typical project.

 

CodingExperts, began full-time operations on January 1, 2009 with a single local client and has grown substantially, currently partnering with both national and international companies. Some firms utilize our services exclusively, treating us as they would an internal coding department.  Others call on us on an occasional basis – either because they have a minimum amount of coding work or as an overflow outlet when their internal staff needs assistance on specific studies due to size, scheduling, timing or complexity.

On January 1, 2020, we became CodingExperts,, LLC when Lynn formed a partnership with Michael and Sandi Levitan, her brother and sister-in-law, making it a true family business. Her new partners bring a wealth of experience in various areas including project management, marketing, communications, accounting, and human resources. We are excited to see what the future holds as we move forward serving clients in the tradition established over ten years ago.
